Lili St Cyr was the glamorous queen of Burlesque. Her infectious, Bubbly personality encapsulates the essence of sparkling wine. 2007 Lili is a bottle fermented Blanc De Blanc Style using 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir fruit sourced from high altitude, cool climate vineyards across central Victoria. The wine was matured on lees for 20 months (extended lees maturation) providing complexity of flavours. The nose displays Hints of Honey and Citrus. The palate is well balanced with rich texture and a smooth seductive finish.
